They post ads with promo code on Instagram to lure people. They claims to resell expensive bags like hermes and chanel. Once the order is placed, they never reply to any of emails. They claimed their business is located in London on their website but found out that they are in LA thru my bank. I found the reviews that other customers had the same experiences with the merchant and they had to dispute the charges with their banks.
