husband ordered north face jacket as a surprise for me, he ordered off a store from FB, I received the merchandise and it was not the same item and the box and merchandised looked very botched! i tried to reach out to the company but they kept giving me the run around until i finally realized it was a scam! When i told them that i knew they were scamming me and i will report them., they only stated, best regards and never emailed me back.
