I purchased a sweatshirt from this website order # 1912 on 1/31/2024. After a week i sent an email for an update and they responded as to saw they ran out of printing paper and my item will be mailed out as soon as they received the paper. A week went By I emailed them again and i asked for an update. 2/3/2024 i received an email from Amanada Ricos whos claims to be a managment of the company and said that the item will be mailed out this day. A UPS label was created # 1ZC1B491YW35042881 since and till this day and 3 emails after no response and no update on UPS site
