I emailed the company and received a response saying the vendor would check and "figure this out." Never heard back again after this first email, despite repeated emails from me.
There was no tracking number provided, ever; my order number never showed up in this vendor's internal order-tracking system. I am very sure the vendor never intended to ship my product--may not even have product.
