Received free knee sock, but then charged full price

Was offered free knee sock, just pay shipping, but then charged full price which my bank declined. I only received it one day prior to charge, nor even enough time to try it. Had bank not declined the charge, I'd be out $40. As you see in the attached picture, it was a FREE knee sock, all I was to pay was for the S&H.
