Sterling is offering a background check service for $25 and is extremely shady. I, and many others, received error messages every time we have tried to submit a background check. It makes you pay first, and then will explain that the background check could not be submitted and that customer service needs to be contacted. I have been in contact with customer service for over a month and they will do nothing to help/even get my money back. They have even attempted to get me to pay another $25 to "see if it would work". Liveops and Sterling need to be looked into.
