I ordered a case of wine as a gift on 12/21 and paid for 2nd day delivery. I followed up on 12/23 via email when no shipping info had been received. I followed up again 12/27, 12/28 & 12/29- no response has ever been received. I went back to their website and realized their chat button was non-functional and no phone number or corporate address is listed on their website.
