When I purchased the products on 6/20/24 it said 7 day express shipping. After 8 days I reach out to the company because I did not get any updates on tracking information or any form of contact regarding my order. When I emailed them the first time stated above they did respond back to me letting me know the product I ordered was on back order and than I should get an email within 3 business days with tracking information. On 7/5/24 I reach out again because I still had not gotten any updates and I let them know I was disappointed and would like a refund if they could not ship it out by 7/8/24 than I would like a refund. They have never gotten back to me and I sent another email to them on 7/12/24 let them know I was reporting them and would dispute the charge with my bank.
