I am speaking on behalf of my mother and all tax payers. My mother was contacted by this company to send her back braces and arm braces. She declined needing any of these, but the company sent them anyway. I have contacted the company in order to obtain a return label. I placed a call on April 4, 2019 and was promised that a return label would arrive by email on April 8, 2019. As of today, no return label has arrived. I called the company again today and was first told they could not speak with me because they had to confirm with my mother that it was OK to dialogue with me. That had been previously confirmed on the call on April 4, and she was in total agreement with returning these items. I finally obtained a supervisor who still stated that she had to get her boss to OK the return. I am supposed to be getting an email return label by the end of today. I will follow up if the label does not appear. This should not be so difficult, except that my return will cost them losing money from Medicare. The business scammed I feel it Medicare and the tax payers.
