Back Brace call Reports & Reviews (1)

- Columbus, OH, USA

On Friday, June 23, 2017, I received a telephone call from an individual claiming to be with a Medicare provider. Emma Swan was the caller. Emma claimed that Medicare was offering a free back brace. Since I had back problems, I didn't think anything about it. Emma described the back brace and that it would be shipped directly to my home and that Medicare would pay for it. She asked for my address and my birth date, then she told me that a representative would call in fifteen minutes. In fifteen minutes, I receive another telephone call from a woman who asked for my Medicare Claim Card. I gave her the Claim Card Number. After she had my Claim Card No. the phone disconnected. After the fact, I remembered that the Information contained my SSN.
