Solicited me saying he could collect on my past due accounts. I gave him, a client of mine that owed 2307. He collected a 800 dollar payment and said for 5 weeks he mailed me a check for 75% of it. Nothing was ever received. He has stolen money from my client and not paid *** for it's services provided. SCAMMER
