I placed an order on May 12, 2025. Several emails were sent starting on June 12, 2025 inquiring the status of my order. The order number, date of purchase and amount of purchase was included. They initially responded that they didn’t have any order with the order number given. Then they responded that they were working on it. All the while my order status continues to show unfulfilled. Last week they sent me a message saying that my order would be shipped by the end of the week, which was June 27, 2025, they added that I would receive an email confirming the shipment and tracking information. Today is July 2, 2025 and no email confirmation yet. I messaged them again and their reply is that it’s still being processed and has not shipped yet. Given the length of time I’ve been waiting and that none of my items were personalized I believe they have scammed me.

Purchased from Baby Gold as they market the product as 14k gold. High quality life long items. With a “Lifetime guarantee” yet the quality is garbage. My bracket has broken two times and they will not repair it.

Product was very different from pictured on advertisement. I tried to leave a realistic review and it was never posted. I realized the company only posts up positive reviews. If someone would have posted a realistic review maybe I would not have purchased from their website.
