I found this lady on tik tok and decided to buy 5bars of her homemade soap. Boy did I make a mistake. After I ordered I did receive an email that she received my order but nothing else. No estimated time of delivery or anything. Her name on tik tok is Emma Allen. I found out when I looked her up that there were many others who she has scammed. I just want others to be aware of her terrible business practices. She is a total scammer!!

I watched the channel thru YouTube for months and on black Friday 2023, I ordered a piece of "Bombshell" soap which is pink/purple mixed. I got a confirmation email saying they got my order, the $ immediately came out of my bank. the confirmation email said I'd get a tracking number when it shipped. Christmas came and went and I hadn't got any product, no response to at least 3 emails asking for an update and also commenting on her YT videos. I was blocked from further YT comments. Since then I've emailed 4x, messaged thru the site, gone on tiktok and commented and nothing. I did file a complaint with the BBB today and report the channel to YT. I'm at a Loss. I changed my bank card since just in case. Cannot get a refund or my product, let alone a simple reply or explanation I know things happen, but if you're gonna run a business and take people's $, you gotta be accountable.

This business offers handmade soaps. I placed an order on Dec 2, 2024 and have yet to receive anything. I emailed twice with no response and used her contact method on her website. I also comment on her social media which she quickly deletes and does not reach out to me to solve the problem. There are other customers she is doing this to. Her business should be shut down.

I ordered from baby soft 12/15/2023. I was charged on my credit card but never received my soaps, soap saver bags, or soap saver racks

I bought soap off of the business website. I got the order confirmed. 12/10/23 I placed the order. I have reached out numerous times and no response. I filed a claim with my credit card company
