My husband and I were looking to purchase a corgi puppy. We came into contact with them through email. They asked for payment through Western Union. We did a payment but cancelled before they could get the money due to not feeling quite right about it. The “breeders” provided this information to send money through Western Union.

After throughly doing some research, we cancelled the payment and they called saying there was a hold and could not get the money. My husband said we would travel to their location and pay in cash. They immediately said they could not due to COVID-19. We understood their concerns but stated in their emails that we could come to their farm and get the puppy.

We have the email records of communication.
