I ordered 2 items of clothing from this “new, small business fashion boutique” and received a confirmation email regarding that my payment had gone through and 2 1/2 weeks later still no email in regards to shipping. I used to work for a small business, I ordered around the holidays, i know that there isn’t always someone in the office... so I gave the first few days delay the benefit of the doubt. After a weeki sent out an email to the company asking if my order had been shipped out. Up until I had placed my order they responded urgently and were so accommodating. I have tried contacting them 2 other times. I still have yet to hear from them. I cauecked my bank account to see if the funds had really been taken out. Of course they had, but they had been taken out by “Dog Farm USA” out of Texas
