I ordered two ceiling fans from their website. I never received them. I called the first time and was asked to give my credit card information to act as verification, and I stupidly gave it to them. All of a sudden they were charges on the card that I did not make. I called again today. I asked him when I would receive my fans, he started talking about asking for my credit card again for verification processing. I told him I would not give it to him that I had called before, but I would like the fans or a refund . He hung up on me. I called him again. I told him our call must’ve been dropped and he hung up on me again. I tried calling again and all I’m getting now is a busy signal.
