Got several robo-calls from "Brian Tucker" stating that he had papers to give me at my home or place of business. Then a number to call (844-533-0618). After a couple of months of this, finally called and to my surprise, they already had my address and social security number. When I asked them why they were calling, they said I was being sued by my credit card company with the last 4 numbers of the account ending in 1487. I Have an account with them but the last 4 numbers didn't match. So I hung up with them and called my credit card company and they have no knowledge of this and verified that I have never had an account with them with those numbers. I am reporting this information to you and my credit card company. To date, I have not received anything from them by mail or otherwise; just recorded phone calls.
