On 4/10/2021, I purchased two pair of shoes from Azzy Shoes, which advertised a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. I received the shoes on 4/23/2021. I ordered size 11, although my feet are actually 10.5. The shoes they sent me are too small and are uncomfortable. I suspect they are size 9.5 or 10, and the foot box for toes is very cramped. I immediately wrote the company to request a Return Label, to send the shoes back for reimbursement. The company delayed; that I was dissatisfied made no difference. I sent them a picture of my size 11 shoe next to their so-called size 11 shoe to show the difference. They responded that their product is within norm and there would be no refund.

This company is the ultimate deceptive scam. I have since learned that this product is produced in Asia, with worldwide outlets. They are literally making off like bandits at our expensive. This is Buyer Beware to the max!!! My bad for falling for this and not checking them out before I made my purchase.
