Merchandise purchased did not match descriptions online. When trying to return was offered 30 percent refund and keep the cheap merchandise. When I tried to get full refund they required I return to country of origin China and to provide a tracking number to them. This would have required a minimum of $31 in postage which was cost prohibitive. This is a scam to send misadvertised and cheap merchandise and make it cost prohibitive to return giving you only a small percentage of your money back.

Buyers beware! Merchandise on site is a hoax, it looks nothing like what is advertised. Company has no customer service number to reach them. Good luck trying to return the merchandise as it must be authorize before they will accept it back. The problem being, the website to get the authorization does not work.

I placed online order

Merchandise was not quality advertised

I paid my own shipping to return merchandise to the address to the address provided on the label

I emailed customer service whose only response was that I should have not emailed it to the address they provided for returns

I emailed them copy of order and number and still no response or refund and no way to contact anyone at this ellegitmate company

I placed order with Azzlee on May 2, 2023 for $149.69. I did not receive my order and they will not answer my emails on refunding my money.

I ordered clothes from Azzlee on Instagram. 4 out of 5 things were too big. There was no return directions on confirmation or in the package. There was only a return address that said, "FOR RETURNS ONLY." I mailed clothes there with a copy of my confirmation. After two weeks I emailed MANY times and asked about my refund. No phone number anywhere. Finally discovered website and got through to them. They said I should have contacted them for return directions. They said I mailed the clothes to a shipping company and needed to get them back and then contact them. I don't know how to contact the shipping company nor its name. I am so frustrated and dismayed. Below are copies of some of my and their mail emails. I hope you can help me.

I see your rude email below! There was nothing in my confirmation email about how to return a package. There was nothing in my package with the clothes I purchased. There was nothing in my email on how to even contact you. It was only much later that I even discovered your website!! How am I supposed to know you have to read something buried within your website?

It said on the return address "FOR RETURNS ONLY." How am I supposed to know this is a shipping center when no return directions were enclosed?! Nothing was given!

I have reported your company to Instagram where I found it and was really scammed. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I don't have the clothes and you have my money. I simply followed what it said on the return label because no other directions were given in my confirmation email or in the package with my clothes.

How do I get my package back from the shipping center?! Please tell me that. Do you have a number I can call? I have NO information about this terrible fiasco!

Please respond to my question right away.

I am sorry to tell you that the address you shipped to is not our return address.

It was printed by the courier carrier and it is the courier carrier's return address which is used for the return & redelivery of the parcel if the parcel is undelivered by the local post office.

In this case, we are not able to receive your returns.

May I suggest that you contact your local post office to get back your parcel? And then I will help to process your return.

Your understanding would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Rita,

It is all too late! I received the clothes in April. There was nothing enclosed in the package with the clothes--no receipt and no directions on how to return. I printed a copy of my receipt, wrote on it why I was returning four of the five items, and mailed it to the "For Returns Only" address on the return address label.

I returned all the items except these pants.

Everything was way too big on me and they were all size small.

This is the first time I ordered clothes on my phone. It is the last. I don't understand how you can send out clothes and not give the return directions! This truly makes me wonder about this company.

So now what does this mean? Am I out the clothes and nearly $75 I paid for them? This just doesn't seem ethical.

Purchased 5 pieces of clothing from site Azzlee. Website cited returns accepted and to email them for return address. I wanted to return 4 of the items, so I emailed them. Over the course of 2 weeks, the response from service was initially an offer of gift card to their site for 75% of purchase price. I said no, to give me return address. They sent a series of responses trying to get me to keep the clothing. After 2 weeks of this, and seeing it was going to cost me $14 approximately to do the return, I acquiesced and settled for 50% refund. There were 2-3 days each time waiting for their response. In that time, they could have received my return and took the refund off my credit card. Horrible company
