On my April bank stmt was a CHG for $119 on 4/23 to AZUL Auto Store. I called for a fraud investigation because I'm certain this charge wasn't legit. (I don't even own a car) The bank contacted me saying it was ruled in favor of merchant because they were able to prove delivery of a package. Well I was on a mission to find out exactly what was ordered. I spent over 3 hours on the phone, trying. I got a disconnect on the # provided to me. 877.200.1264, and no response from email of: [email protected], both provided to me from bank dispute letter. Also a tracking # of 9200-1902-8712-4916-1762-63, which P.Ofc was able to tell me it was a 4oz pkg, but nothing more. I got nothing with a google search for Azul Auto. The other fishy part was it was supposedly delivered @10:23 on 4/8 but not charged to my acct until 4/23. This is backwards from the norm! I simply want to find out what was purchased, and truly believe this is a scam. Can you help?
