The more you type the easy it is to tell you are a scammer. Ask yourselves is this how a professional company speaks? Nope not even close. You also just exposed your own lies because some of these customer have email proof that show you never stated they themselves were not approved for said loans. Your claim was they were approved but the lenders you claimed to already have on retainer were rejected so which lie is it now? Hahaha you can not even keep your lies straight oh boy you guys are screwed.

Uh huh yeah sure keep trying lie your way out of it but it will no longer work. You have been exposed. We have seen the screen shot emails you trick customers into signing the contract under false pretenses. What you are doing is committing contract fraud. You lie to customers by telling them their funds are guaranteed in 3 to 5 days and you also lie by saying you already have lenders on retainer. You tell the customer the funding is quick and guaranteed because you use your own credit to obtain the loan for them and then offer it at your rates becoming lender now. You tell the customer all these things before they sign the contract in order to fool them.

After the contract is signed you make up another lie that somehow the lender you had on retainer has been rejected so you are searching for a new one. Which legally does not make any sense whatsoever because it order for you to have a lender on legal retainer they have to be fully vetted prior to putting them on retainer which means there is no way a rejection could come after a customer signs the contract if you claim to already have the lender retained.

This is not the same as a search, by saying you have lenders on retainer you are stating you have already paid lenders a reduced fee to offer you their services. That is what the legal definition of retainer means. If this is not true and you do not actually have lenders on retainer who you have fully vetted prior to you claiming to have them on retainer you are committed contracting fraud and the truth is coming out quickly. Hey guys just a heads up. My sister works for the Federal Trade Commission and she advised me to tell you if you think this company is scamming you she encourages all of you to report them online on the Ftc official website. Their agents will take care of the rest. Shady businesses like this need to be exposed immediately.

The funniest part is hes not even a smart scammer. The smart loan scammers understand you cannot scam all of the people who come to you. No a smart scammer will scam most or half but actually deliver what they say they would to a few others so that way no matter what slander they get thrown their way they will have at least a few real verifiable person who can vouch for them and say they made good on their promise which would allow them to run the scam longer as that alone would make the scam a lot harder to identify. I went to their site and its hilariously obvious all the testimonies are fake and generic even a middle school kid could tell. If these azsmith financial clowns were smart they would have given at least a few ppl their money but nope from the comments it sounds like they are greedy [censored] who have no clue how to maintain their operation. Dont get me wrong scamming under any circumstance is immoral and wrong Im just making the point that some scammers are actually smart these ppl or clearly not. Better find a way to pay at least a few ppl asap before the fbi and ftc come calling.

Wow gracias for the amazing info! Tell your sister I said god bless her. If I do not get the funds I was promised in October by the end of today or early tomorrow morning the first thing I will do is call the ftc file an official report and have them investigate this. Glad we now have legitimate authoritative figures we can report them too now and have them investigate these shameful practices.

Hey Rebel War I am incredibly grateful I googled this company first because I was about to apply through their website but something told me to google them first and just see what pops up and Im so glad I did because I almost made a foolish mistake. Had a feeling they were a scam but your comments confirm it I can tell you are not not making it up because the posts are extremely detailed and I see your screenshots. They really did promise it within five days and they really did claim to have lenders on retainer. Glad I did not waist my money on these crooks it is sad that there are people in this world who look to take advantage of ppl in need of help. What an evil company this is. Lies. Wheres my loan. Been over two weeks when you guaranteed 3 to 5working days and I have the emails to prove it. You claimed the loan was guaranteed because you had lenders on legal retainer for smaller loans and that you would get the loan then essentially become the lender yet when it came time to pay you then suddenly claimed upon further investigation we founded the lender no up to our standards so we are searching for a new one. Lol what? How did you have lenders on legal retainer if they had not been vetted vet? So you were paying lenders who were not fully vetted yet? This sounds like a scam. You lie to ppl to get them to pay the search fee then you try to hide behind the bogus contract. Where is my loan? You claimed in the email I am approved but the lender was not correct so where is it the new lender It has been over two weeks now. How does it take this long to find a lender for a small loan if you do this for a living? Can not hide behind this scam forever the fbi will be notified.

I found them online and contacted them through email. Jerry Moore was the person who responded and sent me a application I filled it out and payed the search fee although I know they were a scam I kept with it. They didn't contact me for months or gave me any updates. Then after a couple of months Jeff Kramer which doesn't exit and they will tell you he was temp etc etc sent me a email which I have and I will provide to anyone that I was approved for a loan but there was a additional fee I had to pay in order to get it and it was guaranteed in 3 days I paid the additional fee that was in July 2021 still to this day no loan which again I knew it was a scam. They will give u the run around and email you using big words as if you were stupid and never answer your question and say Jerry moore is on vacation or jeff Kramer was a temp or we started a new search for u when you got a email stating your loan was approved. Stay far away they have all the red flags of scamming and should be shut down anybody who has left a review is saying the truth again I have all the emails I can show.

Wait seriously? Oh no I recently agreed to a loan with them but now after reading this I'm worried I've been scammed. I already paid the search fee they said my funds are guaranteed within 3-5 business days because my loan amount is low and again they said it was GUARANTEED for me. I thought it was strange they said the wait is at least 3-5 business days when most lenders have the funds in your account by the next business day. Looks like they told me something slightly different from you. They told me they would be my lender which now that I think about it makes it even odder that the wait has to be so long if they're truly the lender I should be able to get the funds faster than that. Oh man I really thought they were legit but this review has me extremely worried now I really hope I'm not getting scammed.

This is entirely false. We search for loans. We pre approve the borrower and then search for lender for them. Not an "ADVANCE FEE LOAN". True we charge a search fee for the search, not the resulting loan.
