Their refund policy states if the package has been opened they will not give you a refund. When I emailed AZ cozy that I wanted a refund the reply was, "open the package and use it, the pleats will fall out in a few days." I again sent another remain asking for the address to return the item to. There was a New Jersey return address on the item but their website has an address in Houston Texas. The scammed replied that I should mail the return address to an address in Shanghai China. There is no tracking for any packages sent outside the USA.
