Hi. I'm a consumer that paid for shipping and handling and never got my package. The website says everything free in the store all you got to do is pay shipping and handling fees. It been two week and no packages.

They offer free products and you just pay for shipping which would always be 12.97 no matter how much you order. When you email customer service they just reassure your package will be ship but never do /no tracking number
