Beware, it's all a SCAM

Someone messaged me on Instagram saying they want to collab with me to make my dog a brand ambassador. In exchange, they will give us free merch (and 'just pay a small fee for shipping'). Website and Instagram profile seemed legit with thousands of followers and reviews. What's suspicious is that, the photos of pets they posted aren't given credit/not @tagged. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, i put in an order. Weeks have passed and still no product and no progress on my order. I filed a dispute through my bank and they honored it right away saying they already know this company is FRAUDULENT. Their customer service is inexistent: contact number is a burner, email address gives you automated responses, physical address provided is fake. Their followers are probably bought, reviews on the website were probably self-written by their team, pictures of pets are probably stolen, and goods are inexistent. I blocked and reported them on every social media platform I know. Spread awareness and REPORT them before they scam more people including your loved ones!

I received a message from Aydi Dogwear on Instagram requesting a collaboration with my dogs with their product which was collars with cute bows. I was offered an ambassador position and upon looking at the page, there were so many followers and it seemed legit. It is not, there is no customer service, they stole my money and did not respond to any of my emails asking where my product was.

Same thing happened to me. Although, they responded to my email with an auto-reply/copy pasted message. Nevertheless, inexistent customer service with zero product delivered.
