I saw an advertisement on social media for a kids pool which I ordered for $79.00 and never received. I received a tracking number that was tracked to Destination country airport. It never moved from there. I contacted the customer service and was given an apology but almost a month later still no product and they won’t respond to any email inquiries. The phone number available is no longer in service.

I ordered a Sunny Splash outdoor inflatable pool from the Axuro Website. They claim products are made in the United States but when you follow the tracking information on the Shop App, it comes from China. The package says delivered but never to my address. I emailed the support email on their website to find out what happened to said package or please send me a full refund. I read online later this company may be a possible drop shipment scam company taking people's money and not actually shipping items you order.
