They are still doing it folks. Mr Paul Miller has sent me the web address, directing me to the panel to download the I9 form, a HSA form, and a contract all to sign. After seeing this sight, I think I'll just keep on doing Door Dash.

This company is pure fraud, please be aware my fellow Canadians... At a time like this it is so sad that people like these have nothing better to. They are rubbing salt into the wounds of innocents that have already have the pandemic to deal with. It’s a-shame. [censored]ing [censored]!

I also was involved with this scam...Axis Technology Inc, and I also dealt with Paul Miller who called me two days ago. I could not take the call so I called back several times, there was no voicemail it just kept ringing. I stopped after 5 minutes. As soon as I hung up I got a call back from a lady named Helen or Ellen. She asked me if I had ever done Customer Service, I said no. I wasn't expecting a call back. Then the next day I got an email saying Congrats you are employed. Paul Miller wrote in a email sending me all of the documents I needed to fill out. I can't fill out the I9 because I am a Canadian with a Canadian sin number...so I asked and never got a response...my response was like a copy and paste of the "congrats" email. Officially this is such a scam and screw these people for doing this in a time when we all need work!

I got an email from "HR" saying: "A large and successful organization is looking for worth-while workers. The number of jobs offered is limited!" in the subject line from Axis Technology Inc. Losing my job from the pandemic, I was in high spirits to hear from a company seeking me out. Originally, I thought it was strange that "HR" sent me an email with three other people in the e-mail. Also, at the end of the e-mail, a Byron Wolfsfeld signed off on the e-mail stating he is the HR Manager. And oddly enough, no address, no contact info - just his name and Axis Technology Inc. Being out of luck losing my job, I decided I'll just set those red flags aside and send my resume. Of course, I did do my research prior to sending out my resume. At first I was getting Axis Technology LLC or I wasn't getting anything for Axis Technology Inc. I was still hesitant, but decided to test the waters. If they are a scam, I know not to proceed once they start asking me personal information (ie: SIN, banking info)
A few days ago, I had received an e-mail from Axis Technology Inc. Work Panel to fill out an application as I am a potential candidate. I filled out the information (name, address, last place of employment and when is the best time to contact me) They asked the best suitable time to contact me for an interview. I decided to pick Tuesday, October 13th, 2020 at 9AM. I then checked my emails and noticed an email from Paul Miller. He let me know that they reviewed my resume and that I was considered for an opportunity as a Customer Service Officer. He details information about filling out the application through the work panel (which I had already did) and says he's the direct contact as he's the Customer Service Manager. After reading his e-mail, another red flag I thought was strange was his email address - [email protected]. Why would there be a mr on his e-mail address. I've never seen that throughout my professional career. Anyways, I decided I've gotten a lot of red flags from this place. There were more questionable things that I thought was weird with this place so I did more research. I ended up finding this website and noticed people had the same experience as me. I also noticed Axis Technology Inc's website sucks. It gave me no information on what the company does. It's just all these [censored]ty boxes flying around with [censored]ty titles on them. And when you click on those boxes you get a quote and then a sentence or two. It still doesn't explain what this company does.
Anyways, I had taken a nap and I was getting a call. I see that it's from the US (I'm from Canada) and I declined the call cause 1. I'm napping 2. I knew it was Axis Technology Inc. but I made my "interview" on Tuesday at 9AM. Anyways, when I finally woke up, I noticed that Paul Miller sends me an email today at 12:32PM saying that: "Unfortunately, at the moment, our HR service is busy. Therefore, we could not call at your appointed time." How unprofessional! Why ask me what my available time is, but decide to pick a time that's convenient to you? Also, HR should know that it's Canadian Thanksgiving. There's a reason I didn't pick today for an "interview". These guys suck! Even better, all of a sudden Paul Miller signs off his email with "Paul L Miller" all of a sudden his has a middle initial. Just seems so sloppy.

Be careful with this company! This is one out of many that will con you. Also, be weary with the difference between Axis Technology Inc. (which is this crappy non-existent company) vs. Axis Technology LLC. Axis Technology LLC is based in Boston and is a legit company.

Reached out about a work from home position. Totally taking advantage of the pandemic. They actually gave me an interview. The website seemed a little weird, but it was too late, they “offered” me the job. I filled out an I-9 and sent a photo of my ID. Website was only made in December and ICANN Lookup says the registrant was based in Panama, not New York. They are impersonating an actual business. The address on their website is just some random building, no evidence they are based there.

There is no W4 form in the panel if you are carefully read.

I knew it was a scam because I checked Three World Financial according to the address. They don't have a company with that name in the building. We can always double check location with property management. Be aware!
Their hiring panel has typos too!

I got an email from a fake recruiter saying that a company named Axis Technology was hiring for a position as Customer Service Officer. They set up an account for me in their online panel where they asked me to submit some documents such as Agreements, I9, and my Driver License. Being a victim, I provide them with my personal information and hoping for the job opportunity. They called me asking about bank transfer and verification and that is when I know this is a scam. I told them to send me email about the information and they stop sending me email and disable my account on their panel as well.
