Stolen money!

I ordered christmas pajamas back in november. When the first package said, deliver to my door I never seen it. So the company said they would resend it. So the second package said delivered and it never made it to my door i've reached out to this company numerous times through email and keep getting a generic auto response message.I can't get an answer.This is a scam, do not give these people your money

Purchased Christmas pajamas that looked like old navy site but turned out to be aximodern. I found the site from tiktok. I contacted them by email several times about not receiving my order and they kept saying they would send out a new one to me but I never received my merchandise.The gave a site to
track ( track 718) the package says delivered with no picture and no address just the word delivered. This aximodern site is a total scam. I’m out $25.58

I ordered Christmas PJs on November 11, 2024 from the Tik Tok Shop company Aximodern.com. My account was debited $40.01 by OUTERHUESTILISHOP 938-888-8145 (number referenced on my bank register). I sent an email several times for status and tracking and as of today December 18, 2024 I have not received my product.

Retail business imposter

Saw an Old Navy ad on TikTok for Christmas pjs for the family, clicked on it and ordered some pjs for the whole family and then after I paid I did not receive confirmation right away so I went on Old Navy’s website and tried to resign in and it said I didn’t have an account. Once I received confirmation I saw that it was from a website with a legit looking Old Navy site but it said aximodern.com.. I ordered Nov 10th and it is now Dec 12th.. I contacted the customer service about a week ago and still haven’t heard back.. the tracking service says it is being shipped through a company called track718.
