I received a letter in the mail, ni address, just open immediately, claiming my home warranty has expired, I called to ask what is this, knowing I never had a hone warranty, the customer service rep told me the mortgage company usually gives 3 -12 months warranty, I told her that's not true and this us a scam, she started to argue with me, eventually I hung up the phone
