Several days passed and i did not receive the usual shipping confirmation. I sent an email inquiring. Someone responded that they were busy with the holiday rush but i would definitely receive it by Christmas.
I checked on the ScamPulse.com website and the business had received an "F" and was reprimanded for advertising itself as "BBB Accredited" when it was not.
I tried to call the phone number multiple times and no one answered.
I looked up the address and it does not seem to exist.
More days passed with no shipment email or receipt of merchandise. I reached out again by email and phone--no response.

I never received a confirmation email. My debit card account was charged on December 13, 2018. Per the website the order would ship in 3-5 days via UPS 2 Day, which would have made the expected delivery date December 17, 2018 at the latest. When I did not receive the shipment, I called the phone number that was associated with the charge on my debit account. I was unable to reach anyone, so I email the email address that was associated with the charge on my debit card, scorememorabilica.com. I received an immediate reply from them, here is their reply:
We do not sell any Harry Potter autographed books.
If you have a bank card charge showing SCOREMEMORABILIA.COM ARLINGTON VA,
you did not buy from us. See our FAQs for detailed information --> https://scorememorabilia.com/pages/contact-us
We assume you bought from a company operating under NEAutographs, AllAutographs, EveryMemorabilia and also AwesomeMemorabilia.
They have been misusing our company name and misleading their clients. You are not the first one contacting us.
We sent a cease and desist letter to this company but their address is invalid and we have reported them to the Authorities.
If you haven't received your merchandise yet and don't have any contact information about them (like order confirmation etc) we recommend to dispute the charges.

I went back on line and found the actual website I had placed the order and it is actually Awesome Memorabilia, I called their number that went straight to a voice mail but didn't have any company identification and I emailed them twice, but still have not received a reply.
I have reported this to my back who is disputing the charge for me. But sadly I would have rather had my product, now I do not have time to order and receive from another site to arrive by Christmas.
