On August 18, 2016 i ordered a braclet from this company that advertises on facebook. My order number is 16809. This braclet is is one of many they sell to help support charities. The one i oredered was for Alzheimers awareness. I have never recieved it. They charged my bank account for 13.99. I will give account info upon a phone call. The only way to contact this company is via email [email protected] and they do not respond. I have investigated this company on my own and have noticed hundreds of complaints from other people that are also stating fraud. They have not recieved the merchindise and are also being charged. They claim to give portion of profit to the charity we have chosen. I do not know if that is happening either. I have talked to other people who have also had the same experience as i have, and they have said the company has blacked them from the facebook ads now so they can not complain and warn others. Im looking in to also filing charity fraud and will file fraud with my bank account. They are using peoples grief and need for awareness to steal our money. They claim to support many causes. Please look into this company. I have also seen elderly people comment that they have list hundreds to this company purchusing braclets for their loved ones who lost someone to this horrific diease.

AwarenessRus sells bracelets for different Cancers. They use emotions to scam people out of their money and don't send the ordered items. They also do not respond by email. There is no phone number to call.

They post a selling business of PPH (Primary Pulmonary Hypertension) bracelets for sale price of $13.99 of which I ordered 2 in memory of my 2 granddaughters who passed away due to this disease. I placed the order June 10th, 2016. Two months later I emailed them and after my second email I got a response with an apology stating because bracelets were handmade they take up to 8 weeks for delivery. To date I have NOT received the bracelets or any status response in spite of my emailing or posting on their website. I have found by replies by others that they, too, have ordered and have not received their orders either. Their website does not show any contact except email address nor does it even show location such as state or city or zip code. They are still posting on Facebook to sell these items. If you go their facebook page you will see replies to my comments saying they too have not received their orders months later! I was able to get one refund back but not the other from bank.
