Online Retailer Scam

I had an Internet Radio that stopped working so I went online to purchase a replacement radio. I found Avvenice online and they have a very impressive website where they sell multiple items, mainly clothing, but they also advertised the radio I was trying to replace. I submitted an order for the radio and they sent me an invoice with the product number and amount due in USD. I used my credit card for payment and waited for the item to ship, which they said would take about 5-6 "working days". When I didn't receive the item in the time frame, I reached out to their email address [email protected] and they asked me for proof of purchase because they stated that they didn't have an existing account in my name. I sent them a copy of the invoice I received from them and they stated that they would refund my credit card with 5-6 days for it to go through. I never received it. I contact them a week later and they sent me an email stating, "They removed the money immediate from our account when we processed the refund. Normally the banks / credit card companies keep the money for they for 3-5 working days first to give back to customer." The refund has not hit my credit card and it's been exactly one month that I have been waiting. I've definetly been scammed.
