My 84 year old mother had her screen go black with a phone number. She called and spoke to "Khushi" who told my mom that her computer had been compromised, but for $449.95, she could receive 2 years worth of tech support. Somehow my mom was convinced because 1. Khushi was so nice, 2. she claimed their service was out of Chicago, and 3. "Mr. Miller" also spoke to Mom. Service was restored after my mom gave them her banking number. Now it is mid-November and my mom's screen was askew, so she AGAIN called AVKTARGET and they miraculously fixed it.

I researched AVKTARGET and found a very simplistic website (somewhat odd for a tech company) out of Ontario Canada.
