Victim is contacted and advised they are approved for a loan. But have 3 optiona in order to recieve the loan. 1. Co-Signer with 720 fico score and annual income of 50,000

2. Insurance to secure loan $1800

3. Make secured payment of $675 that will go towards principal.

Contract is emailed for victim to review, sign and send back.

When ready to send any money to secure loan. Victim is told to send the money via Western Union. Wire Transfer which is untraceable. The representatives will then explain that the chosen lender prefers the money this way. The information provided for the lender is located in Canada.

The company called me and said they received my application for a 12 thousand dollar personal loan. I filled out an application with a website that distributes to lenders. That must be how they got my information. I was then told since I had bad credit I needed to pay a 2500 dollar loan insurance charge before the loan could be distributed. I immediately hung the phone up as this is an obvious scam.
