They advertise this as a 30 day free trial, but bill your credit card after 14, hundreds of dollars have been placed on my credit card, for product I don't want and did not receive, but it is impossible to cancel because no one answers any of their phone lines. I want to return product they did send, but since you can't get ahold of anyone, I cant get an RMA # to return. I did report fraud to credit card company, I'm on a fixed income and this is very upsetting.
