The offer was for free skin care products and only pay S&H. No clear info about a recurring shipment and charges of $98 for each product or 14 day cancellation. I called the phone number shown on my bank statement as soon as I saw a pending hold on my card. I was told that the $196 would not be taken and I could receive a discount on the products of 60%. A couple of days later the full amount was withdrawn! When I call the number now I just get a busy signal. Very upset.

Avila advertised online skin care products to help reduce aging. The products stated as being free just pay for shipping @ $4.95. Based on that I ordered the products. Shortly there after 3 products arrived. Based on the size they appeared to be sample sizes with which I had no problem. Subsequently there were charges of $97.42 & $98.41 totaling $ 195.82 appeared on my month statement. There was also a second delivery charge of $6.95 even though there was only a single delivery. The grand total came to $207.72.

While I was not able to reverse the charges I did cancel the account preventing any future charges. It is my contention that to offer a product as free except for a delivery charge how then can there be a charge for the product.?
