Avila Skin Reports & Reviews (2)

I purchased 2 products and they were delivered to me. !4 days later they changed my account 200.00 which was for 2 charges. I immediately called them and had them cancelled my order. I asked for a full refund. They hummed and hauled, but they said I could keep the products and I would have a full refund in 10 to 14 days, but later said the refund would be in my bank 3 to 5 days. This is the 3rd day and still waiting. So I am filing a scam report with you the ScamPulse.com of Arizona. I will also file one with ScamPulse.com of Illinois where I live.

A senior recovering from multiple medical issues in a Skilled Nursing Facility signed up for a free offer of skincare, agreeing to pay shipping and handling. She had unknowingly agreed to complicated terms and conditions, including a 14 day trial period that began at time of order, a $98 charge if she decided to keep the product past 14 days, and an automatic enrollment in a subscription service for more skin products every 30 days. When she noticed the charge on her debit card, she called to cancel. The customer service team was rude, unprofessional, read from a script about company policy, and refused to refund her money. They hung up on her multiple times. They agreed to cancel the account and future charges but sent no confirmation.
