I ordered a FREE TRIAL of anti-aging cream you ONLY pay $4.95 and $5.95 for shipping. Exactly 2 weeks later they billed me $98.41 twice. When calling customer service- 866-348-8478 and 866-554-5862 the reps (I spoke to multiple people) talk over you and are extremely rude. The first thing they ask you is if the product is open? Now if I signed up for a free trial why would the product not be open? No one is going to order something just to return it not trying it- doesn't make sense! It took 3 calls before they would give me a return address to send this product back. Upon searching online the address they provided: P.O. Box 52033, Phoenix AZ 85072, is a warehouse that does not accept packages, all they will do is return your package back as undeliverable. You are now out of S/H costs , the cost of the product they billed you for without your permission, and now the return cost to ship it back!

Avila Ageless Serum and Luminary Skincare are doing false advertisements to sell their products. They are both online companies claiming that their products are own by Gabrielle Union  and Ayesha Curry, but are not. Please be careful of these companies, I tried to post a comment on their page to warn people, but it wont let me post one. Below is copies of the links so everyone can be aware of what the ads look like. As I was googling I saw that these products go by many other names.

This company used Amazon logo and font to offer Amazon members a 'gift' up to $50. You are asked to fill out a survey regarding your experience with Amazon satisfaction. Following the survey you choose a 'gift'. I chose *** serum and *** cream - you are then asked to pay a small fee for shipping. Once they have your cc info and address they mail you the samples. It was not at all clear that this was a commitment to purchase the products in full on monthly basis following a 14 day trial. I was charged full price after 14 days for a new shipment of the products. When I contacted the business to complain and stop the process - I was met with much resistance. They said they could give me 60% of my money back and cancel the product subscription. After repeating that I wanted full refund and no product subscription - they offered me 80% of payment returned. Still repeating that I wanted a full refund and no product - they gave me two oral return authorizations that I could use to return the product and wait up to 40 days for a refund. I was told there was no manager on duty to talk to. The payments show up on my credit card for *** Serum and another for *** *** *** *** (which I can find no record of).

I have cancelled my credit card they have on file and I have alerted Amazon to their bogus email/website.
