I ordered a $60 item, and the website gave me a “free gift.” It is the end of July and the item has not shipped, and I have stopped hearing from the company. The few messages I received were very generic and stated that the item shipped, but the tracking number was delayed. That was a lie. I have not been able to contact a real person via phone or email, and I can’t get calls or emails back at this time.
