I saw an advertisement for an electric hydraulic floor jack at the price point of 27.99 USD. I paid the 27.99 USD plus shipping. When I received the package I was expecting the whole electric hydraulic floor jack as advertised on a third party website, and not an empty box. The empty box is the size a large pencil box for a school aged child. Needless to say that I was very upset about this. I emailed the company because the telephone number is an international phone number. I am writing this review to warn other consumers to very leery of these "false" advertisers. The company representative stated that no refund could be given.
