I was sent a letter and then by phone. Before i could response, they contacted both of my sons asking for information about me regarding a hospital stay. They referred the call to me and i called Avectus. I told them i was not in an accident. I decided to go to the hospital regarding the date they indicated i was being treated. The medical records did not have a record on me for the specific date, December 4. 2018, that they indicated. This was a scam.
