After placing an online order for one of their products which was indicated as an in stock products, I realized that it was not in stock. I then proceeded to request a refund. Instead of responding to my refund request, their customer support email kept repeating they are working on the product shipment. I have repeated informed them that I am not interested in their product. But this doesn't seem to have any impact.

I would like to warn others to stay away from this company as it doesn't seem to have any empathy towards their customers.
