Say they was loan companies say it was on up up but something told look it up and this what came up with .say it fraud so glady send nothing and investigate it be for action. Hope this don't happen to others.

I was contacted about a loan offer that they said I was already approved. They brought up that it’s easy to get approved, especially for those with bad credit. The loan offers are $5,000.00 plus as long as you pay a collateral deposit. I researched the location of their business but it came up with being in a hotel. The state of California doesn’t have them registered. The website looked like it could be secure because it has a lock on it but it has no reviews. In the beginning, I had decided to chance it and came up with the “collateral” deposit which was almost $500.00. They didn’t want to use my checking account or credit cards but only wanted the money to be sent to them via Western Union. When I asked about how I would get the loan, I didn’t get a response. They said it could take 2 weeks for the company to get my deposit if I went through my bank account and they didn’t want to wait. The loan officers didn’t like questions and were eager to get off of the phone. I never ended up paying the deposit. I guess when it seems too good to be true, it usually is. :(

I received a loan offer from this company, loan documents and everything. The. They asked me to put a collateral payment on the loan (540$). They wanted the money sent to someone via WesternUnion or MoneyGram to someone in Canada. I can provide more information if needed.

Company offered me a loan due to my poor credit. They said I needed a co-signer or 540$ as collateral payment. They proceeded to tell me I needed to WesternUnion or MoneyGram the amount to someone in Canada. I didn’t do the deal, mainly because of the paying ahead to the lender. Seemed like a scam to me.

Company retrieved my information through and informed me that I was denied a loan because of poor credit. Than they offered me two options. Option 1 was to add a cosigner and Option 2 was to pay $540.00 upfront as a collateral to start the payout of $5000.00 and I would owe 30 days later and pay installments for 2 years.
