Avalon Credit Repair had the client pay in full before an account had even been created for services to be rendered. Avalon Credit Repair also disputed everything in the credit report (even accurate information), and did not share what could be done without their help to repair credit history. Avalon Credit also advises to not contact credit bureaus directly. Avalon Credit was rarely available for contact once they had collected payment. They charged the client for one calendar year's worth of service, but do not advertise on their website nor state in their client agreement that they take a 2 month "break" of service at their discretion.
