Ordered a Barbie Dream House in early February from this business, what had arrived was a small Lego-ripoff brick building set rather than the actual product. Had paid over $58 dollars and, after further research, there are many extreme red flags and they wouldn't respond to email.

I ordered a Gabbydollhouse for my grand-daughter and paid 70$ .
I received a box of Lego ? So disappointed !
I have reported it to my credit card company but after really examining the website under the contact info I saw an email

I posted several review statements all where erased and now I have been blocked from sending emails.

My daughter had fallen in love with LOL Surprise dolls after receiving one for Christmas. After Christmas I search the dolls online to learn more about them and find what I thought was the actual online shop for the dolls. They were having a huge sale on the dollhouses and thought it would be nice to get one since their sale was so good. Seeing as it was after Christmas, I didn't think anything of the huge price cut. I ordered the LOL Surprise OMG House of Surprises house using PayPal as payment and felt lucky in my find. The next day I search up the site again and realized that there was another LOL Surprise site that popped up under the first site I went to. I visited that site and find out that this site was the actual official site for LOL Surprise dolls. I go back to the original site to cancel my doll house order, fearing that I might have been victim to a scam from a fake site, but the house had already shipped. So I wait for the 4ft by 4ft dollhouse to arrive, thinking I was going to get a 3rd party dollhouse or a counterfeit house of some kind. Instead, I receive a small 3rd party brick building set similar to Legos that wasn't even related to the LOL Surprise brand. I emailed the site I ordered from about the mixup. They responded back saying that they were sad I wasn't satisfied with my purchased and would give me 10% back of my purchase as a refund. I replied back to them saying it was unacceptable since their own return policy gives me 30 days from receiving the product to return for full refund minus a $5 handling fee or get an exchange. Thankfully I had already gone to PayPal just in case the site couldn't get back to me, and PayPal was able to help me with the dispute. The most important thing to note: me being a mom that wasn't fully knowledgeable on all of the toys out there, I went to this website thinking it was the actual website. It was so believable. It even shows up at the top of the search lists when searching on Google for LOL Surprise dolls. After doing more searches, I then saw that other people were scammed before when trying to purchase Barbie dolls or other toys. The same email was used by the "company" as an email for customers to use in order to contact them.
