On Friday, September 20, 2024 at 08:32:39 AM MST, I received this email::Dear XXXX,

Your Order 18232678 has been dispatched to the transporter with your consent in $760.00 out of which you have to pay the initial deposit of $100.00 and the rest of the $660.00 will be payable at the destination to the driver in cash, Zelle or certified funds. (In case the pickup gets rescheduled or you cancel the order after dispatching then there will be an additional reschedule fee of $200.00 and initial deposit will be non-refundable).

I entered into a contact to have my car shipped for $675 with a $150 deposit. On the day of shipment the truck never came when I contact the I was quoted $1400 for a new driver. When i refused and asked for a refund I got the runaround and my car isn’t being released (a requirement to hire another company). My original ship date was the 17 July today is 28 July and still they refuse to release me. This companies practices are misleading and deceptive. To include they hold your car hostage to require you to use there company at a much higher price than originally agreed upon.

James from this car moving company guaranteed car transport on 1/28/23 stating that the company has a driver who is leaving their yard in San Francisco on Friday and will for sure pick up the car the next day Saturday. I was very clear that unless the date is guaranteed I will not enter into contract but was repeatedly assured of the date. This is confirmed in a text exchange with the rep named James, and I sent via venmo the required deposit of $300.00. That was a lie, this company has no drivers and no "yard" they are just typical brokers and there was no pick up of the car on the date specified in contract. Now they are using excuses to say because the listing was still present on the internet after the deposit was paid they could not get a driver for the price agreed on. Which simply means there was no specific driver and no guarantee when James lied to me, it was just a ruse to get a sizable deposit. Now I am learning that there are other customers scammed by this company in a similar manner, take the deposit and not return it when the service is not provided at all. I have notified venmo of this scam and intend to make a complaint to the Department of Transportation. This scam to defraud people of deposits has to be addressed!

These people are taken money an maken promises an then cancel your order....told me he was gonna pick my car up Monday or Tue..an call on Wednesday an tell em the car was gonna be picked up but wit out a winch ..which he told me I had to pay extra for ....I call an tried to get this figered pit an he say that since I was upset that he was gonna leave my car where it's at.........customer service is so unprofessional...not to mention he took my deposit an hung up n my face
