My first contact with the person “running” this company was in person. They claimed they fix credit. An appointment was made to go to the office. My credit report was pulled and referred to one of his contacts to open a new account at a jewelry store.

Months later there is an inquiry for an Auto Loan from the same company “Auto Guardians”. I called them directly asking them to remove the inquiry, because one, I never applied for a car loan, and two I was never told that there would be a hard inquiry on my report.

The so called person immediately got defensive and started calling me names without addressing my concern or trying to help. Was very rude and unprofessional.

I have since called the credit bureau and disputed my inquiry, but do not trust that they will not attempt anything on my account. I want others to be aware!

ESPECIALLY FEMALES AND PEOPLE OF OTHER RACES!!
