So, this was the last straw today, this phone call came into the business, this is the hundreds of phone calls we get a day/week on our Auto Warranties. This time I decided to play the game and find out as much as possible. So first it was a call from India, however the girls name was Rachel, a joke. I played the game asking what car she was calling about...i.e. verify the make and model and year of the car they were calling about. Most of the time they hang up, they did not this time because I ask them to tell me what car they are calling about. They stumble and fall apart at that point. I gave her a car year and name of a car, and a zip code. I kept asking what number they were calling from, they could not answer that...so then I was transferred to a Rachel. who was in the US, and asked what was the name of the company she was calling us from, and the phone number. I got the name, which was Auto Care Solutions, And ask her for the number and for some reason the phone always was scrambled when she gave that number to me. So, I then googled the company and found one in California and called...The guy on the phone said about 5 different names of companies, and I asked if a Rachel worked there and he said yes, shes in our sales dept. I said she was a scam artist, and that the company was a scam company and that i was going to report them. So I have now...I am sick and tired of this type of stuff. I have had it...so...
