I wrote a book & self published with Author House Publishing which Author Pro said they were a part of I tried to talk with them, but refused my call so don't know if they are part or not. Author Pro wanted $2000.00 I said no I didn't want to do any more all I had wanted to do with my book I had done. The person who call all the time name was Beige Shelby I kept saying no. She called every day for a week & a half then one day she down the offer to $1000.00 she said they would do a 90 min trailer on u tube for 6 wks it would seen on about 5000 media sites. They had me send pictures of me and my book. I said you have my book there can't you get it there she said it would be easier if you just sent it. They had me send a questioner about myself & a contract I signed & promptly sent back. There was a transaction On Oct/25/2017 $600.00 that posted on Oct/26/2017 through Payoneer.com 1-800-251-2521 NY paid to Author Pro. from my Visa credit card. On Dec 11/ 2017 from my checking account paid to Author Pro for $404.04 phone #1.805-776-2554 Author Pro. In that conversation they said they had been working hard on getting my oriject done and would be getting in touch with me, then I heard nothing. I am a patient person so I waited for a while then I emailed, heard nothing, emailed, nothing then finally on April 10/ 2018 I called to find my number had been blocked from their number 1-855-659-2102. I emailed again, nothing. Then I emailed and told them I was calling m credit card company and filing fraud charges against them and Heide emailed me right away saying they had web-site ready for me through google to run for the balance of my 30 days I told her no I wanted what I was promised she told me Beige resigned I told her it didn't matter I still wanted what I was promised and told her to look at #4 on the contract as it said I got my money back if they didn't fulfil their contract she said she would send to refund dept, but I knew she wouldn't. I think they get their book writers form Author House as they self publish. As I said I tried to talk to them and they wouldn't & knew I had published with them. I am 78 & on S.S I am a domestic abuse and a MeToo survivor of many years. These are things that stay with you for ever & I think they used that telling me they wanted to help me get my message out to other young women to help them get away from these predators. Their website shows all these people, I don't think there are a lot of people, I don't think there is an official address, it can't just me my $1000.00 won't go far I can't be the only one
