I purchased a oakland raiders helmet 3D lamp light on 10-07-2016 on Facebook Well they sent me a confirmation of my purchase saying on the advertisement it would ship in 7 to 10 days well after it didn't come i tried calling them and received no answer i did leave a message for them to call but they never did,so then i tried to e-mail them and still received no answer so i repeatedly kept trying to call them only to keep getting the answering service to say that they would return my call but yet still no call i went back to their website and all the info i had seen earlier when i ordered had disappeared it was showing old post from back in June of 2016 so i knew something was wrong and went to the scam website and boom there they were in fact a couple of the people who had gotten scammed were on my FB page and they had also ordered and didn't receive theirs either..What can i do to get my money back???If possible
