Website advertised cub cadet trimmer at bargain price with PayPal payment, ups tracking # provided to filed PayPal claim is not to my address but to my hometown. Phone # on website is a recorded message saying to many phone calls received & auto disconnects. Payment email is different than email on website. Also after payment only PayPal email received nothing from vendor. File claim with PayPal & vendor provided ups tracking as delivered but follow up with UPS showed not to my shipping address. Also Chinese writing showed up with PayPal communication
